I recently had the extraordinary privilege of exploring Cairo and its surroundings with the exceptional guide that is Ahmed and I, as a traveler with 79 countries visited, can confidently say it was one of the most enriching travel experiences of my life.
From the bustling streets of Old Cairo, where history whispers from every corner, to the awe-inspiring Pyramids of Giza, the enigmatic Step Pyramid of Djoser in Saqqara, and the lesser-visited yet, for me, more breathtaking pyramids of Dashur, every moment was meticulously planned and delivered with passion and expertise.

Wow! What a great experience.

I did a solo week long tour with Ms. Karima in Cairo and surrounding areas. I had an amazing trip! Ms. Karima took care of everything; I just showed up and soaked in all her knowledge of the incredible history of this country. Ms. Karima has real love of her country and culture and it shows in her enthusiasm to share that with you. I throughly enjoyed our time visiting everything from the famous Giza pyramids to Al Fayoum desert with it’s secret lake and petrified forest to the beaches of Alexandria enjoying frozen mango and incredible desserts. Being a single lady traveler, it was peace of mind to be driven around in a private air conditioned car and the price was right also as a single traveler. Our stays were always in comfortable, clean hotels with great views and closeness to the sights.
